Dr. Harry Fallick, D.O., completed a residency in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery and a fellowship in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery at Graduate Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. He has extensive experience treating skin cancer and performing related reconstructive surgeries. In 1989, he founded Fallene, Ltd., with a focus on developing physically based photoprotective topical products. Throughout the 1980s and 1990s, as a practicing plastic surgeon, Dr. Fallick regularly encountered the consequences of skin cancers during his reconstructive procedures. He emphasized the importance of safe sun protection, especially for skin made sensitive by drugs, disease, or temporary conditions like laser resurfacing. Dr. Fallick believes that protecting the skin from harmful UV rays should never be a compromise.

Dr. Elena Hernandez-Jiminez is a dedicated biophysicist with extensive expertise in skincare and dermatology, along with a comprehensive background in both research and practical application. She completed her postgraduate studies at Roswell Park Cancer Institute in Buffalo, New York, USA, and earned her PhD from the Russian State Medical University, Department of Biophysics, Medical and Biological Faculty, Moscow, Russia. In 1997, she founded and serves as the Editor-in-Chief of Cosmetics & Medicine Publishing Ltd., overseeing the publication of insightful research and developments in cosmetic dermatology. She is the past Chairperson of the Executive Board of the International Association for Applied Corneotherapy (IAC). Throughout her career, she has authored and co-authored numerous publications in professional journals and has served as both a co-author and editor for several significant book series.

Pia Kynoch has dedicated over 30 years to the clinical aesthetics and wellness industries, initially as an award-winning practitioner and clinic owner, and now as the founder of Wholeness Medicine. This educational platform provides practitioners with a comprehensive map of how the body's systems—nervous, immune, hormonal, and integumentary—interact, which is often missing in traditional training. Her background includes Beauty Therapy, Dermal Studies, and a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy, complemented by advanced training in trauma physiology, somatic practice, functional nutrition, breathwork, yoga, qi gong, energy medicine, and quantum biology. Dr. Mark Lees is a highly regarded skin care specialist, distinguished speaker, and innovator with over 20 years of clinical experience at his multi-award-winning CIDESCO-accredited salon in Florida. His accolades include American Salon Magazine Esthetician of the Year, the Les Nouvelles Esthetiques Crystal Award, the Dermascope Legends Award, the Rocco Bellino Award for excellence in education from the Chicago Cosmetology Association, and the Best Educational Skin Care Classroom at the Long Beach International Beauty Expo. Inducted into the National Cosmetology Association's Hall of Renown, he has been featured and quoted by NBC News, The Associated Press, The Discovery Channel, Glamour, Self, Teen, and Shape Magazine. He co-founded the Institute of Advanced Clinical Esthetics in Seattle, served as Chairman of Esthetics America (part of the National Cosmetology Association), and acted as a CIDESCO International Examiner. Additionally, he served on the NCA's national Board of Directors, led the Esthetics Manufacturers and Distributors Alliance, and is a member of the Society of Cosmetic Chemists. Dr. Jayant Lokhande specializes in Botanical Drugs and Biotechnology Business Management. He has successfully developed strategies and formulated products for numerous companies worldwide in the sectors of cosmeceuticals, nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, and medical foods.

He holds an MD in Botanical Drugs from the University of Pune, India, with a focus on studying and developing botanical drug products, functional foods, and nutraceutics, using bioprospecting, reverse pharmacology, and evidence-based medicine to underpin his work. Additionally, he earned an MBA in Biotechnology from the University of Pune, India, concentrating on Biotechnology Business Management with integrated economics, and a degree in BAMS Ayurveda Integrated Modern Medicine from the University of Mumbai, India, covering areas such as anatomy, physiology, embryology, histology, pathology, forensic medicine, social and personal hygiene, clinical diagnosis, pharmacology, biochemistry, internal medicine, toxicology, and clinical trials. Dr. Lokhande has extensive clinical experience, particularly in using botanical drugs and medical foods to treat complex and chronic diseases. His other professional interests include biodiversity entrepreneurship, bioprospecting, medical anthropology, disease reversal therapeutics, and Ashtanga yoga. He has authored and edited three books published by Taylor & Francis. Currently, he is the Chief Scientific Officer at DMK Skincare, where he oversees innovation and the development of products and educational services for end-users.

Franck Joly is a physician specializing in Oriental Medicine. Holding a master’s degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine, he is certified in Advanced Constitutional Facial Acupuncture and recognized by the National Certification Commission of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine as a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine. Mentored by Dr. Des Fernandes, a globally renowned plastic surgeon, Mr. Joly was introduced to Percutaneous CIT (Collagen Induction Therapy), an advanced skin rejuvenation technique that has gained international recognition. He conducts training sessions for plastic surgery and dermatology practices across the United States and frequently presents lectures on anti-aging methodologies at national and international medical conferences. Originating from France, Mr. Joly maintains a profound respect for both Eastern and Western medical practices, having witnessed firsthand their successful integration through acupuncture treatments now available at leading French hospitals. Throughout his dedicated career in Medical Aesthetics, he has consistently believed that the future of medicine resides in a symbiotic relationship between Eastern and Western practices. Dr. Erin Madigan-Fleck is a distinguished authority in dermatological skin sciences, integrative aesthetics, and natural health, with over forty years of professional experience. She serves as the principal educator and proprietor of DermaEducationTV, Postgraduate Esthetic Training, and the Scientific Esthetics Symposium. Dr. Erin is a naturopathic physician, a licensed master cosmetologist-esthetician, a licensed esthetics instructor, and a certified dermatology technician. She is a member of the Educational Commission of the International Association of Applied Corneotherapy in Germany, serves on the advisory board of Skin Inc. Magazine, and additionally conducts peer reviews for medical journals. Her scholarly articles have appeared in numerous esthetics, cosmetic chemistry, and wellness periodicals, including Skin Inc., Les Nouvelles Esthétiques, Euro Cosmetics, and Dermascope magazines. 

As a licensed esthetic instructor with over 35 years of experience, she has taught at esthetic institutions and developed accredited curricula. Dr. Madigan-Fleck has trained thousands of estheticians, massage therapists, cosmetologists, and medical professionals through schools, trade shows, and institutes. She completed her naturopathic clinical training in Atlanta, Georgia, alongside physicians, nurses, and holistic practitioners in many disciplines. With broad academic and practical experience in natural health, nutrition, naturopathy, dermatology, and alternative medicine- she received her naturopathic doctoral degree (NMD) with high honors. Dr. Erin established her practice, Naturophoria, in 2000. Her distinctive naturopathic approach to addressing problematic and compromised skin has become her hallmark. She is currently pursuing a PhD in naturopathic health sciences and orthomolecular dermatology.

Alison O’Neil, B.S., Mental Health & Human Services, is a pioneer in Medical Aesthetics and the founder of the concept of Aesthetic Health©, which unites neuroaesthetics, skincare science, medical aesthetics, and psychodermatology. In the early 1980s, she created the first dermatologic rehabilitation clinic at Emory University, dedicated to patients facing appearance loss from trauma, chronic skin disorders, or congenital conditions. She is Chair of the Global Wellness Institute’s Aesthetic Health Initiative and founder of the Beauty Becomes You® Movement, a nonprofit serving older adults and caregivers, recognized by L’Oréal Paris as a Woman of Worth. Alison’s latest program, the Senior Select Certification, educates beauty and wellness professionals in geriatric aesthetics—empowering them to restore self-image, elevate self-worth, and help prevent Failure to Thrive Syndrome in older adults. Her mission is to show that caring for one’s appearance is not vanity but a vital part of health, identity, and living beautifully for a lifetime. Ms. O’Neil has been practicing in the fields of Medical Esthetics and Aesthetic Rehabilitation for over thirty years. After twenty-seven years in dermatology and 5 years in plastic surgery, she shares her pearls of patient care with professionals nationwide. Among her professional publishing and media credits, Ms. O’Neil has served on the editorial board of Progressive Clinical Insights, The Medical Journal for Skin Care Professionals, published by the NCEA. Helena hails from the Republic of Georgia in Eastern Europe and is a former ballerina. As a third-generation practitioner, she upholds the aesthetic legacy of her mother and grandmother. For over 30 years, she has dedicated herself to enhancing and perfecting the Manual Facelift Method™, which has evolved into a highly respected discipline. The Manual Facelift Method™ is a unique facial massage technique that integrates buccal massage, lymphatic drainage, and advanced manual lifting approaches. Based in New York, Helena has trained and certified licensed professionals worldwide through extensive continuing education courses, offered both in-person and online.
