Dr. Erin Madigan-Fleck NMD,LE,LEI
Dr. Erin Madigan-Fleck is an esteemed figure in the field of dermatological skin sciences, holistic and integrative esthetics, and natural health, with over four decades of experience.
She is a naturopathic physician, a licensed master cosmetologist-esthetician, an esthetic instructor, and holds a dermatology tech certificate. Dr. Erin serves on the Educational Board for the International Association of Applied Corneotherapy in Germany and is an advisory board member for Skin Inc. Magazine. Additionally, she holds international certifications as a Certified Corneotherapist and in Oncology Esthetics by OTI International and the NCEA.
Dr. Madigan-Fleck has been deeply committed to the esthetics industry, with a focus on academia, education, and research. Her articles have been featured in esthetic, cosmetic chemistry, and wellness publications such as Skin Inc., Les Nouvelles Esthetique, Euro Cosmetics, and Dermascope Magazines for many years. As a licensed esthetic instructor for over 35 years, she has taught at esthetic schools and developed fully accredited curriculum programs. Dr. Madigan-Fleck has provided education to thousands of estheticians, massage therapists, cosmetologists, and medical professionals at schools, trade shows, and institutes.
Drawing from her clinical and medical aesthetic experience, as well as her formal education in naturopathy, holistic nutrition, and alternative medicine, she has established herself as a visionary in integrating esthetics, natural health, and functional nutrition long before holistic esthetics gained popularity. Her work has been recognized by Les Nouvelles Esthetique Magazine, which published her articles "The Whole Picture on Holistic Esthetics” and “Back to Nature - The Healing Power of Naturopathy” in 2003. She presented her groundbreaking lecture:"Nutritional Influences on Skin Disorders” which gained high acclaim at the International Congress of Esthetics in 2004, introducing functional nutritional concepts and skin health to the esthetic industry. In 2014, she developed and presented the first Holistic & Integrative Esthetics 5-day certification training course for United States estheticians.
She is a staunch advocate of higher education and is committed to raising the standards of aesthetic training through high-quality continuing education. Her goal is to provide higher education to the aesthetic community, demonstrating unwavering dedication and promoting educational prosperity in the aesthetic industry for years to come.

ELINA FEDOTOVA - Holistic clinical esthetician, chemist and educator
The Scientific Esthetics Symposium Philanthropy Award is presented to celebrate an individual for their leadership, inspiration, and advancement within the esthetic community. They have demonstrated through countless hours and years of dedication - meaningful and measurable progress within the community through their philanthropic work and non profit organization.
In 1998, Elina Fedotova founded Elina Organics, a holistic and clinical skincare spa that offers award-winning organic formulations and treatments. She is both a visionary and very early pioneer of the holistic esthetics movement in the United States. She is the founder of the Association of Holistic Skin Care Practitioners - a non profit organization that has presented annual conferences and ongoing training at online workshops, lectures and live events. Since 2007 the AHSCP has made it a mission to educate estheticians about holistic esthetic concepts, beauty and wellness.

David Leonard Blow is the creator of the NMT decompression concept and founder/CEO of both the NeuroMuscular Taping Institute and DermoTaping Institute based in Rome since 2003, in New York from 2012. He is an international instructor of NeuroMuscular Taping and DermoTaping in Europe, the United States, central and southern America, Africa and Asia. He has over 35 years of therapeutic experience in rehabilitation, including training in Australia, China, Japan and Italy. In 2003 he developed the innovative concept of Neuromuscular Taping (NMTConcept) and later on the DermoTaping methodology in 2005, which has become very popular creating significant changes in the field of medical rehabilitation.

Clive Witham LAc MSc is director of the Komorebi Institute and co-runs a research clinic in Barcelona, Spain. He is a licensed acupuncturist and health promotion specialist and has specialized in Gua sha for over 20 years, ten of these in his chronic illness clinic in North Africa. He is the creator of Ecology in Motion Gua sha which restores Gua sha to its natural science roots and has written 6 books on Gua sha and East Asian medicine published in multiple languages. In combination with teaching facial and health & wellness Gua sha classes worldwide, he runs international health projects with the use of Gua sha in low-income communities.

The Scientific Esthetics Symposium has been approved by the COA for educational content and curriculum. You may earn 10 COA APPROVED EDUCATIONAL UNITS when you attend 12 symposium classes in total and full attendance.
CREDITS WILL BE AWARDED PROVIDING:
1. You sign in on the Zoom registration at the beginning of EACH of the 12 classes you choose to attend. This is required for EACH class.
2. We must be able to actually see you on the Zoom screen gallery view for the entire class, and you must attend the entire presentation.
3. You must have your video camera ON for the entire presentation.
4. You must also sign in IMMEDIATELY in the Zoom chat cue at the beginning of each class. - posting your full name and email address.
5. If you are a current NCEA member and dues are up to date- Please ensure that you have emailed us your NCEA identification number. If your membership has expired, you will need to renew before we can issue you credits.
