Registration for Classes:
PLEASE READ OUR CLASS POLICIES BEFORE PURCHASING A CLASS
- All classes are subject to date and time changes
- Class deadlines for registration are 72 hours in advance.
- Your payment and completed registration secure your reservations.
- No discounts are applied unless special offers are advertised.
- Minimum registration requirements are established for each class. Instructors reserve requirements for a specific number of participants to hold the class.
- Attendees are required to have their cameras on and must be visible during the entire class on Zoom to receive credit and a certificate for the class.
- One enrollment purchase is for one person only - Unauthorized and non registered and pre-paid participants will be dismissed from the que.
- Your payment reserves your space in class and is your registration. We will email you the Zoom link and log on information a few days before the class date.
- Cancellation & Transfer: We reserve the right to modify program schedules, locations, tuition, and program content or cancel classes under warranted conditions.
- In the event that a class is cancelled or rescheduled, we will extend every effort to notify the attendee as soon as possible. We will transfer your reservation to the next available date for the class.
- THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR CLASSES.
- ATTENDEE CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations that we receive with less than 5 days notice may transfer their reservation to the next date the class is offered. The transferring of reservations more than 2 times - will be assessed an additional 45$ service fee.
- ATTENDEE NO-SHOWS: We notify attendees via email with correspondence regarding class registration, date, and time. We are not responsible for missed emails or similar personal oversights. If you miss a class, we will transfer your reservation one time- to the next available date for that class. If you decline the invitation for the rescheduled date or do not attend, you forfeit your payment for the class, and no refund will be granted.
Intellectual Property, Media Agreement
- When you purchase any of our classes, you agree to follow all aspects of our Intellectual Property, Media, and Photography Release Agreements. This information is displayed when you purchase your class in the shopping cart.
- Online and correspondence classes require Intellectual Property Agreements and are binding as you agree to the agreement and stipulations when you purchase one of our classes.
- Video taping, voice recording or photography from any device is prohibited during any of our presentations without prior written authorization.
Pricing and Payments
- We have a NO REFUND POLICY - please choose your class program dates to best suit your needs.
- Full payment via our shopping cart is required during registration - larger tuition payments may be financed via PayPal.

Certificates
- Certificates may be awarded for classes providing the attendees has met all policy requirement of the class.
- Certificates are issued for class completion providing the student has:
1. Attended the class in its entirety.
2. Attendance can be verified on the Zoom pre registration, and camera cue.
3. Satisfied all practical and / or written requirements.
4. Paid for the class(es) in full.
5. Completed the class material in the specified time frame as applicable .
- Please note that certain classes require written documents and research to be completed prior to completion - you certificate will be awarded when documents are satisfied.
- The NCEA Commission on Accreditaion is our continuing education accreditor.
About CE's for License Renewal
- At this time - there is NO NATIONAL CE COURSE APPROVAL recognized for state board license renewal.
- Each state board decides on their requirements through their state government.
- The laws and rules are different for each state and - not all states require CE’s for the renewal of licenses.
- The process for an educational provider to submit material to the state board for CE curriculum approval is a very lengthy process and subject to administrative timelines and efficiency.
- The state CE approval process for an educational provider is lengthy - even to get approval from their own state can take weeks or months. Considering the time required to apply and receive approval for each state in the U.S. - it equates to waiting extreme lengths of time and overlapping deadlines which is not feasible.
- Each state has different requirements regarding the health and safety training in the curriculum for CE requirements. Some states require this subject to be taught within the advanced class topic. Some states will accept this portion of the training to be taken online separately.
- With these factors in perspective – one can understand why not all classes and conferences throughout the US offer CE’s for every single state.
- DermaEducationTV may provide you (by email request) a certificate of completion for the class you have attended providing the course name and time logged.
- You may contact your state board directly, advise them of the class and the documentation, and inquire if they will approve some or all of the hours to count as CE's for your license renewal.
- PLEASE NOTE: DermaEducationTV nor any of the instructors can assist you with your CE questions or processes – this is your responsibility.
- We also cannot guarantee that your state board will approve the hours or course content from our classes. As mentioned above, each state has their own guidelines and acceptable topics for CE education. We can issue you a certificate for your class, however we cannot assume nor accept responsibility for your license renewal.
